To solicit enrolment, fill in the form and click on "Send". The school confirms receipt of the enrolment, and asks the student to make reservations by sending 60€ for the course and 60€ for accommodation (if required). The pre-payment for a mini-apartment or board with a family has to be half of the total amount.
The pre-payment can be sent by an International Postal Money Order (Giro), by stating a credit card number and its expiry date (visa, master, 4B), or a bank transfer to:

The outstanding balance is to be paid in the school office on the first course day.
Cancellation / Abandonment: This should be notified by registered post no later than 4 weeks (dated postmark) before the course begins. Within this time limit, the initial deposit will be returned, minus an amount deducted for administrative expenses. If you do not keep this time limit, no refund is possible. A student who abandons the course before it ends is not entitled to any refund. |
